Planned recreational, religious, social and leisure activities. 24-hour supervision by qualified personnel.

Assistance with writing letters, making and receiving phone calls, reminders of appointments and up-coming activities. Communications and progress reports to families and physicians. Outside medical services are available for on-site care partnering with your Home Health Care, Hospice Care, etc. RN on-call. Pharmacy delivered prescriptions.

Elaine’s assist with health maintenance activities ordered by your physician; such as diabetic management and blood pressure monitoring *. Additional services; Transportation to medical appointments*, Beauty/barber shop services *, Dry cleanings services *, Private phone line, premium cable service * are upon request.
